When you get off the funicular, where exactly do you go to get the audio guides? It seems like people have trouble finding them. We will have the full inclusion ticket. I have a map of the fortress but no indication of audio guide location. Can you just go where you choose and stay in each room as long as you want? Are these audio guides to be used with our own device and earphone? Also, I read they are only for use in the “tower” - what rooms/exhibits are in there? Thanks so much for any help!

Didn't use the audio guides& I felt like there was enough information around the fortress. Enjoy.
No need to take the steps. There are several funiculars (huge elevators) that take you up to the castle. The elevator ride is typically included in the ticket
