Kristin Cabot, HR chief of U.S. tech firm Astronomer, who is at the center of an alleged affair with now-former CEO Andy Byron, is reportedly married to another executive, Andrew Cabot, the CEO of Privateer Rum.

Cabot appears to be married to Privateer Rum’s CEO, as private records show they’re co-owners of a $2.2 million New Hampshire home.

According to a New York Times profile of the family, the Cabots have transcended generations, and were estimated at $200 million in 1972. That’s $15.4 billion in 2025.
