The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal crash involving a semi that occurred on March 12. It happened on US Highway 18 at CTH A in the Town of Oakland. The driver of the northbound vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.

JEFFERSON, Wis. (WKOW) — A deadly crash on U.S. Highway 18 blocked all lanes in both directions near Jefferson on Wednesday. The incident occurred at 4:11 p.m. All lanes were closed on US 18 westbound and eastbound from County A to Bigelow Road. The lanes were still closed several hours later. All lanes have since reopened.
