KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to six classes of mortgage pass-through certificates from COLT 2024-INV4 Mortgage Loan Trust, a $217.7 million investor cash flow non-prime RMBS transaction. The underlying collateral comprises 601 mortgages that were underwritten using debt service coverage ratios (DSCRs).

KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to 59 classes of mortgage-backed notes from GCAT 2024-INV4 Trust. The GCAT 2024-INV4 mortgage loans are secured by first liens on non-owner occupied (NOO) investor properties and second homes.
