Dig deeper Authorities say the Munger Shaw fire is about 75% contained as of Sunday afternoon, up from 50% contained on Saturday. Evacuation orders for the fire were rescinded Thursday night.

The evacuation order was lifted for areas around the 1,600-acre Munger Shaw Fire, with the news confirmed on Thursday evening by St. Louis County Sheriff Gordon Ramsey.
