Qualcomm's has launched its latest processor for smart glasses, and though it's a modest upgrade over the previous chip, it has a new trick.

Qualcomm has announced a new Snapdragon chipset for AR glasses, Snapdragon AR Plus Gen 1, which can run AI directly on devices with no need for a smartphone or cloud connection. It is reportedly also more power-efficient and better at taking photos.
