One of the more intriguing recent developments in the NFL came via a blockbuster trade between the Miami Dolphins and Pittsburgh Steelers, which sent former All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey and tight end Jonnu Smith to Pittsburgh in exchange for Minkah Fitzpatrick and a swap of draft picks.

After returning to the Miami Dolphins as part of the trade that sent cornerback Jalen Ramsey to the Pittsburgh Steelers, star safety Minkah Fitzpatrick received a solid pay bump.

Star Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Jalen Ramsey may not be viewed at his peak form anymore, but he still commands plenty of respect.

Ramsey and McBride are the newest names in this year's edition of the NFL Top 100 countdown, which has been gradually revealed throughout the offseason as the 2025 campaign approaches. It is the 15th consecutive year that current players voted for the list, and the top spot will be revealed Sept. 1.

Ramsey, who was acquired via a trade with the Miami Dolphins last month, came in at No. 66 on the list. He was No. 25 last year and has appeared on the list every year since 2017.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have had a busy offseason so far in 2025, signing free agent quarterback Aaron Rodgers and extending defensive star TJ Watt on a new record-breaking contract. Meanwhile, the team also raised eyebrows by trading safety Minkah Fitzpatrick to the Miami Dolphins, receiving Jalen Ramsey in return.
