Cordarrelle Patterson will have to search for that 10th kick return touchdown somewhere other than Pittsburgh. The Steelers released the returner/running back/receiver on Monday.

The Pittsburgh Steelers released running back and All-Pro kick returner Cordarrelle Patterson, he announced Monday. Patterson appeared in 13 games last season.

The Giants signed kick returner and wide receiver Gunner Olszewski and placed Bryce Ford-Wheaton on injured reserve.

Patterson, 34, is a four-time Pro Bowl and four-time first-team All-Pro selection with more than 13,000 all-purpose yards in his 12-year NFL career as a running back, wide receiver and record-setting kick returner.

Hicks Hunter, Sycamore, Sr.: Hunter had 298 yards in kickoff and punt returns and returned two kicks for scores. He's also a standout running back, rushing for 1,400 yards and 19 touchdowns last season.
