SWAT team was called to find infant safe inside Sioux Falls apartment after Amber Alert was issued for Javion Bluebird, taken from grandmother's home.

An amber alert issued in Vancouver on Thursday afternoon has been cancelled, according to RCMP. The Vancouver Police Department says the child involved in the amber alert was found safe. Police say the investigation into what happened will continue.
