Friends and colleagues of fallen Tyler Fire Department Driver/Engineer Scott Starkey will pass through Tyler on Wednesday as part of a funeral procession in his honor. Starkey died from cancer on May 16 after serving as a firefighter for the Tyler Fire Department for over 25 years.
