Klint Kubiak intends to work out a deal with the Raiders, multiple reports indicated Sunday. Kubiak is the son of four-time Super Bowl champion, Gary Kubiak. Tom Brady, a minority owner of the Raiders, helped lead the coaching search along with general manager John Spytek.

HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) — That the Las Vegas Raiders are going through a coaching search itself is not new — they are in the hiring process for the third year in a row — but the circumstances surrounding this one makes choosing the right person especially important.
