Russian drone and missile strikes caused blackouts across large swaths of Ukraine, damaged residential buildings and injured at least 20 people in Kyiv, authorities said.
"Each affected refinery or oil terminal is minus millions of dollars for the Kremlin's war machine," an unnamed Security Service of Ukraine [SSU] source told state news agency Ukrinform.
