The death toll in the July 4 Central Texas flooding rose to 103 on Friday as the search continued for those still missing.

At least 24 people are dead after heavy rain lashed Texas, leading to "catastrophic" flooding. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said emergency responders remained in a search and rescue posture, hours after the flooding along the Guadalupe River inundated nearby areas.

President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump will traveled to Texas on Friday to tour the damage left behind by devastating flooding over the July 4th weekend.
