LA Rapper, who missed his El Paso show because he was allegedly found with drugs, turns out was first arrested because he wasn't wearing his seat belt.

Los Angeles rapper Lefty Gunplay along with two other men were arrested during a traffic stop this past Sunday, Feb. 23, in East Central El Paso, according to El Paso Police. Franklin Scott Holladay,

Lefty Gunplay, the Los Angeles-based rapper known for his feature on Kendrick Lamar’s GNX track “TV Off,” was arrested in El Paso, Texas, on Feb. 24.

"Later on, I'll get into further details of what really happened," the L.A. rapper said in an interview afterward.

Details surrounding the circumstances of his detained are not yet known. But El Paso’s jail records list Lefty Gunplay was arrested on three charges; not wearing a seat belt, possessing a prohibited item in a correctional facility and possession of a controlled substance.
