The Senate Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing Wednesday examining the cognitive abilities of former President Joe Biden.

Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) and Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-Mo.) on Wednesday accused former Biden Cabinet officials, Democratic members of Congress and the media of participating in a massive “cover up” to hide what they claim was President Biden’s obvious and alarming cognitive decline during his final two years in office.

WASHINGTON — Nearly six months after Joe Biden left the White House, Senate Republicans are still scrutinizing his presidency, kicking off the first in what’s expected to be a series of congressional hearings this year on his mental fitness in office.
