FRISCO, Texas — The Dallas Cowboys agreed to a multi-year extension with one of the organization's top front office employees. A source confirmed to WFAA Sports Anchor Joe Trahan that the team and Vice President of Player Personnel Will McClay agreed to the extension. McClay's contract would have expired after the draft, Trahan reported.
