The aid flotilla has reportedly already made it closer to the Strip than the Madleen flotilla that was stopped by Israeli forces last month. The Handala departed from the southern Italian port of Gallipoli on Sunday, embarking on the final leg of its journey toward the besieged Gaza Strip.
