Missouri's Republican Attorney General sued Starbucks Tuesday claiming the company's diversity, equity and inclusion hiring policies discriminate on the basis of race and sex. Starbucks denies the allegations.

Missouri sued Starbucks this week, alleging the chain’s push to hire and promote more people of color and women violated anti-discrimination laws and slowed down coffee orders.

Andrew Bailey was questioned about his lawsuit against Starbucks that claims diversity hiring initiatives have caused higher prices and longer waits. “I’m just curious if white-served coffee tastes a little bit better,
