An all-time college basketball icon has officially announced his retirement as a player this week after a storied career.

He returned to New Orleans on Nov. 10 ... He was in Cairo, Egypt, and Ontario, Canada, in the summer of 2023, the FBI said. They are tracking down leads there about the purpose of his trips.
