Two postal employees, Darnelle Concepcion and Quasheda Jones, pleaded guilty to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of checks from the mail, along with a Norfolk man named Devon Drumgoole.

On May 22, the Delaware County Grand Jury returned an eight-count indictment against an East Meredith resident.
