A 26-year-old man is wanted by Newburgh Heights police after he assaulted an officer during a traffic stop Tuesday night.

Police say an officer who was trying to break up the fight ended up in the hospital after one of the adults viciously attacked him.

A Northeast Ohio courthouse is in such bad condition a judge is now on the brink of declaring it a state of emergency.
