Hot off the heels of the blockbuster success of Superman, DC Studios is ready to introduce us to another child of Krypton already. After tiny teases throughout its production, we have our first proper look at Milly Alcock’s Supergirl.
Milly Alcock is known for her portrayal in House of the Dragon. She has recently made a brief appearance in David Corenswet's Superman Kara Zor-El, cousin of Kal-El aka Clark Kent.
James Gunn teased Milly Alcock's 'Supergirl' film, telling fans to "Look Out" for the film, slated for a June 26, 2026 release. The cast includes Matthias Schoenaerts, Eve Ridley, David Krumholtz, Emily Beecham and Jason Momoa.
Despite previously making a splash as Aquaman in the DCEU, DC Studios bosses James Gunn and Peter Safran recruited Momoa to play Lobo. Prior to that, Momoa texted Gunn 'fucking LOBO', to which the Superman director replied: "Dude I've said you should be Lobo for years, no lie."
