INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating after a woman was found dead on the northwest side of Indianapolis. The call came just after 1 p.m. in the 2800 block of Questend Drive South, near West Kessler Boulevard North Drive and Lafayette Road.

Starting Feb. 1, parking meters in downtown Indianapolis and Broad Ripple will increase from $1.75 an hour to $2.00 an hour, according to ParkIndy.
