Sportswear brand Adidas warned on Wednesday that it may have to hike prices in the United States, after reporting U.S. tariffs would add around 200 million euros ($231 million) to costs in the second half.

With tariffs at current rates, Adidas is planning for a 200-million-euro hit (about $230 million at press time) to its product costs in the second half of the year, the company said Wednesday. The retailer has already seen millions in tariff impacts in Q2.

Despite strong sales and profit growth in the second quarter and first half of the year Adidas has warned of the impact of tariffs costs.
