Bears quarterback Caleb Williams is adjusting his footwork technique under new head coach Ben Johnson. Williams is now taking snaps with his left foot forward, a change from his previous right-foot-forward stance. The quarterback credits Johnson's attention to detail and emphasis on pre-snap procedure for the change.
