Darius Garland returned from a two-plus-week absence Friday night, playing a key role in the series-saving win over the Pacers in Game 3 of the conference semifinals.

Cavs point guard Darius Garland has been ruled out of his 3rd consecutive playoff game with a sprained left big toe. He'll miss Game 1 vs. the Pacers.

However, Garland picked up three personal fouls in the stanza and began the second quarter on the bench because of that. But before leaving the game in foul trouble, Garland impressed members of the NBA who tuned in to witness his return, including Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant.
