Two suspects were charged on Thursday in the shooting of an off-duty U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agent in New York City.

A man riding an E-bike in Syracuse was sent to the hospital after being hit by a car. Officers were called to the scene near the intersection of East Washington St and South Salina Street at 8:51 p.m.
