This beautiful grey-headed flying-fox is another victim of the recent hailstorm at Tin Can Bay. She was named Brooklyn by the kind homeowners who found her four days after the storm, clinging to the metal leg of their backyard composting bin. Brooklyn was exhausted and concussed but was otherwise uninjured. At last, her ordeal was over. She could barely keep her eyes open once she was safely tucked up into a cosy bed!
