White Country Gravy 1/3 cup Oil left over from frying the steak 1/3 cup all-purpose Flour Black Pepper 1 cup Chicken Broth 1 cup Milk In the same pan you fried the Steaks pour put the oil leaving 1/3 cup. With your fire on medium low add the flour. Whisk cooking the raw flour taste out about 1 minute or less. Add the broth and milk. Bring to a boil while whisking and it will thicken.
