There’s a lot more I can say about this and I do think people who are my opposite, overtly sensitive and emotional, also need to do their work because it also is not always appropriate or healthy. BUT I wanted to specifically focus on the development of apathy that I’m noticing a lot more right now as a defense mechanism and why/how that can be problematic for you. Because like I said, it’s not inherently problematic but it CAN be in certain situations and with certain driving forces behind it.
