A 138 million pound, nearly 900-foot-long hospital is floating up the Columbia River on its way to Swan Island in Portland today. Joanne Rideout got video of the behemoth USNS Mercy going under Astoria Bridge this morning. The ship will be docked at Swan Island's Vigor Industrial for repairs and upkeep.
