This is Hazel, she’s 7 years old and wants to work with her favourite animal, the tuatara when she’s older. Hazel made this awesome video for her Picton School classmates to share her project on the tuatara. It’s so good we want to share it with you too! There were once two species of tuatara, as Hazel says in the video, but recently in 2009 the second species was discontinued once research concluded tuatara is best described as one species. We’ve made Hazel an honorary ranger for the day so sit
