Cheesesteak sandwiches I want them to be extra cheesy so I made a cheese sauce too. Cooked some onions I used a cast-iron. I sliced up flank steak very thin, and once the onions were done, I added the steak to the cast-iron skillet with some seasoning of salt and pepper. Once the steak was cooked, I added it back in the onion mixed it altogether and layered some provolone cheese on top.
